The honeycomb panels, in PMMA and aluminum with material coating have a frame on the back that keeps the painting away from the wall. It is made of solid Fir or Ajous wood with a black or white lacquered surface finish, obtained using water-based paints.
The Tecno Fiber covered canvases have an aluminum frame, while the sound-absorbing panels are kept away from the wall by means of a metal rod.

Ecological honeycomb panel with material covering
Among the materials for decorative coatings, we at Momenti we propose ECOPAN, an ecological panel to be decorated with one of our Painting artistic prints. It is ideal for homes, offices, shops, cafes and restaurants. It can be easily cut, milled, punched and folded.
The internal structure of ECOPAN is honeycomb with 4 cm cells in recycled cellulose in light brown colour. It is made using papers from 120 gr up to 270 gr. It allows to obtain a compressive strength of up to 3,5 kg/cm². The external sheets that cover the panel are made of white Kraft paper, with a weight of 300 g/m2, treated to resist humidity.
The front surface coating and the one on the edges of the eco-panel are material, based on water-repellent quartz, non-toxic, odorless. The application along the edges is done by hand.
The edges of ECOPAN are made of the same material and the same color as the internal structure: recycled cellulose in a havana color.
The finish is in resin, with a Vintage or Free Aria effect (upon request), water-repellent, non-toxic, odorless and applied by hand.
PMMA panels
Another excellent material for having splendid coverings decorated with artistic prints is that of polymethyl methacrylate panels (PMMA). The structure is a sheet cast in plastic material, PMMA. It is a very resistant product, almost unbreakable. The coating is made of rigid thermoplastic material, transparent, naturally colorless and of exceptional clarity. The edge is finished with a shiny thread.
Aluminum panels with material coating
I aluminum alloy panels they are characterized by a “core” of black polyethylene. They have a thickness of 0,3 cm and the B1 certification as a self-extinguishing material. So, it's not just sturdy stands for art prints which make domestic or public environments special, but also represent a solid guarantee of safety. The front surface coating is material. Like the finishing of the edges, it is based on water-repellent, odourless, non-toxic quartz and is applied by hand, according to the best artisan tradition. The margins show the dark color of the polyethylene core and are finished in resin with a Vintage or Free Aria effect (upon request).

The aluminum canvas panels are characterized by the Tecno Fiber glass fiber technical coating, obtained in fusion at 1400°C. It is a fireproof material, which falls into classes B, s1, d0, non-toxic and non-contaminable by biological agents. At the same time, it is environmentally friendly and hygienic, as it is made from natural raw materials. In addition to these particularities, the stretch panels covered with Tecno Fiber have the same advantages as the aluminum panels in the paragraph above: they are B1 certified because they self-extinguish in the event of fire and are finished in resin with two possible effects on request, Vintage or Free Air .
They have water-repellent characteristics and are completely non-toxic. They have no smell and are applied by hand. The core is in polyethylene and the thickness is 0,3 cm, but they are folded through the "FOLDING" technique.

decorative sound-absorbing panels in acoustic polyester
One of the types of design sound-absorbing panels we offer is made with an acoustic polyester technical coating "ACOUSTIC FIBER". The material that covers the surface by capturing the sound waves is spread both on the front and on the back of the plate. The internal structure in acoustic polyethylene is called "INSULATING LAYER” and measures 4 cm thick.
Glass wool sound-absorbing panels with artistic prints
The second type of decorative sound-absorbing panels we offer is glass wool, an ideal material for artistic prints, splendid in shapes, lines and colours. But above all its properties guarantee better acoustics. The structure of the panels has a core in high density glass wool, encapsulated in a film consisting of acoustic paint. It is smooth and white. It is decorated with the required ecological and digital art print. The inside is a panel "ecophon rectangle-only“, also in high density, porous, 40 mm thick glass wool with eco-digital printing.
